Chris is a Registered Psychologist with a particular interest in men’s mental health, assisting persons who have experienced psychological trauma, persons with anxiety and mood disorders including those with suicidal ideation.

Chris has previously worked locally in private practice and has significant experience in working with people across the lifespan with a wide variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, pain related psychological distress, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorder, family, and relationship issues. During his training, Chris developed a strong interest in the connection between the brain and body and how this interrelationship can be leveraged to achieve higher levels of mental health and overall life satisfaction.

Chris uses a variety of approaches in his work with clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, and internal family systems, underpinned by a strong person centred and solutions focussed mindset.
